In the last month I have changed my mind about who to vote for....

Repeatedly
8(10.3%)
Dramatically - I've switched to a polar opposite view
0(0.0%)
Slightly - the party I am going to vote for is reasonably similar to my original one
13(16.7%)
Not at all. I have rock-solid opinions
29(37.2%)
I don't get to vote in the UK
17(21.8%)
SEIWEIC
11(14.1%)

I am voting

Tactically - oh, for a decent voting system
7(9.0%)
For the party I deeply love
8(10.3%)
For a flawed party, who are still better than all of the other options
40(51.3%)
For nobody - I could, but they're all useless bastards
3(3.8%)
For nobody - I don't get to vote in the UK

I need to know what you think the Lib-Dems should do if the BBC are right

First up: I'm not assuming that the BBC Exit Poll is correct.

However, if it is correct, we've got:
Conservatives: 316
Labour: 239
SNP: 58
Lib-Dem: 10
Plaid Cymru: 4
Greens: 2
UKIP: 2
Other: 19 (including DUP: 8)

Which gives us:
Lab+SNP+PC+Green: 303. Aint no way that's crossing the line, even with Lib-Dem adding 10.
Conservatives are 10-ish short.

So they can either go with UKIP+DUP. Or they can go with the Lib-Dems.

_Should_ the Lib-Dems agree to work with the Conservatives in order to prevent Con+UKIP+DUP?

Because given a choice, as a citizen, I know I'd prefer Con+Lib-Dem to Con+UKIP+DUP.

Either sounds horrific to me, to be honest. But which would you want them to do if those figures are accurate?

So, if those figures are/were correct then what should the Lib-Dems do?

Not get involved in another Conservative government, it would be pure suicide.

Get involved, the alternative is much worse.

Meanwhile, the Sun/YouGov have this as their exit poll predictions. And these figures make me substantially happier:
Conservatives: 284 seats
Labour: 263
Lib Dems: 31
SNP: 48
Plaid Cymru: 3
UKIP: 2
Greens: 1

(Not as happy as I'd like to be. But much happier than the BBC exit polls)

Fuck it, I'm off to bed. Hopefully by the time I get up the real results will be mostly available, and this problem won't be a problem any more.
