I just finished reading "We Need to Talk About Kevin.", which is the best book I have read in a long time.  I'm too blown away to say anything coherent about it right now, but it feels like a far more adult book than anything I've read before.  I'll try to write something coherent over the weekend, but in the meantime, I can heartily recommend it to anyone that doesn't demand answers at their endings.

Lionel Shriver is the author. I don't have the ISBN, but it's recent, and it won the Orange book award, so it should be easy to track down.
